Kathleen Yvette Stark, 38 of Bowling Green died Saturday, September 12 in Edmonton.
The Utah native was a daughter of the late Danny Stark and Patti Law Stark who survives.
Other survivors are her two brothers, Jonathan and Andrew Stark; one niece, Skylar Stark; her maternal grandmother, Millie Ormesher; several uncles, aunts and cousins and her caregivers.
No service will be held as cremation was chosen. Arrangements by Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel.
