Velma Jeneise Wilson

Velma Jeneise Wilson, 70. of Bowling Green passed peacefully at the Medical Center on Thursday, December 18, 1025. 

She was the daughter of the late Alton Richard and Dorothy Norris Adams.  She was the wife of the late Edward Eugene Wilson and was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Adams.  Velma was a homemaker, a member of Oakland Baptist Church and supporter of Southeastern Guide Dogs.  

Her survivors are her daughter, Sonja Harrell (Samuel),  six grandchildren, Adam Harrell, Shelby Craine (Dillon), Addison Harrell, Taylor Van Pelt, Scarlett Harrell and Briley Harrell; two brothers, Roy Adams and Russell Adams, one sister,  Stephanie Bassinger and several nieces and nephews. 

The family will honor her wish to be cremated.  Arrangements were entrusted to Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel.
