Velma Starr Graven, 97 of Bowling Green died Sunday, June 3, 2018
The Barren County native was a daughter of the late John and Angie Harvey Starr and wife of the late Lawrence Garland Graven.  She is preceded in death by two sisters Addie Starr and Zelma Smith.  Velma was a district manager of Avon and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Her survivors include her son, Lyndell Graven and wife Debbie; three nieces, Marcia Copass (Ronnie), Mildred Smith (Samuel), Marilyn Ruth Smith and several other nieces and nephews, three sisters-in-law, Louise Graven, Sammye Graven and Ettie Lee Graven; her caregivers, JoAnn Currier, Medical Manager; Brenda Kilby, Alexis Rowlett, and Sharon Stuart.
Funeral service 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial in Fairview Cemetery #2.  Visitation 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home
