Teresa Ann Barrick, 75 of Smiths Grove passed peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, September 5, 2026.
The Warren County native was the daughter of the late Morrell “Sam” Jordan and Carol Simpson Jordan who survives. Teresa was a homemaker and farmer. She loved God, her church, her family, music, animals (especially feeding baby calves), nature and truly had a servant’s heart. She instilled these qualities in her children and grandchildren. That is her legacy. Her work here is done. She was a member of Berea Chrisitan Church and an avid blood donor to the American Red Cross.
Leaving to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 52 years, Danny Barrick; her children, Holly Whittinghill (Allen), Jaime Barrick, Isaac Barrick (Amber); grandchildren, Ayden Barrick (fiancé Teegan Correa), Kynleigh Barrick, Samantha Whittinghill and Lila Whittinghill, her mother, Carol Jordan; two brothers, Mike Jordan and Jeff Jordan (Carolyn); sister, Jennifer Bostick (Jason) several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Grove Chapel. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Smiths Grove Cemetery.
