Tamera Ruth May

Tamera Ruth May, 53 of Bowling Green passed away Friday, March 15, 2024 at the Medical Center surrounded by her family.

She was born in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Jerry Lee Blakeman and Odella Marie Owens Blakeman.  She was the wife of the late Gary May and Paul Cuzick. She is preceded in death by one son, David Houp and one brother, Jerry Blakeman, Jr. Tamera was a member of Hillview Heights Church.

Her survivors include seven children, Della Cuzick, Bobby Cuzick, Jerry Cuzick, Jerry May, Johnny May, Troy May and Michael May.  She has 10 grandchildren, Olivia Eady, Tyler Cuzick, Trenton Barry, Mavrick Compton, Haley May, Whitney May, Katilyn May, Taylor May, Tanner May, and Spencer May.  Six siblings, Frankie Clem, Jr., Katherine Brown, Lynn Cobb, Barbra Blakeman, Kristina Rogers and Melissa Orth, along with several nieces and nephews.

There will be a graveside service at 2 p.m. Monday at Green River Union Cemetery under the direction of Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hardy & Son Funeral Home for funeral services.
