Stephen Gene Carter

Stephen Gene Carter, 76 of Bowling Green passed peacefully on Sunday, November 26, 2023 at the Medical Center.

The Allen County native was a son of the late Audra Carter and Zelma Ray Hinton Carter.  He was a member of Hillvue Heights Church.  

His survivors include his wife of 31 years Beverly Smith Carter; two children, Marsha Pruitt (Noah) and Adam Graves (Kendra); five grandchildren, Amber Pruitt, Devan Pruitt, Kaylee Graves, Kolton Graves and Kendell Graves; four great grandchildren, Gryphon Lucas, Sawyer Lucas, Torryn Lucas and Daxyn Cornman; two sisters, Teresa Lynn Woods (Toy) and Jill Lobb; two nephews, Kevin and Jeff Woods; two great nephews and two great nieces.

There will be a celebration of life at 1 p.m. on Saturday, December 16 at Hillvue Heights Church with visitation from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m.  Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel.

His wishes were for donation to be made to the Humane Society, 1925 Old Louisville Rd., Bowling Green, KY 42101
