Shannon Rose Voiles

Shannon Rose Lawrence Voiles, 62 of Bowling Green, KY. passed away, July 2, 2026. 

Shannon was born July 23, 1963 to the late Janice Kay VanDuyn and Edward Lee Lawrence in Liberty County, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her partner, Richard Voiles and a niece, Amy Dickson. She enjoyed crafting, collecting books, reading her Bible and spending time with family. She never met a stranger and was always talking about her children and grandbabies.

Shannon was a loved mom (never mother), “Granny Shan”, aunt, sister and friend. She is survived by her children Rebecca, Rose and Dustin and grandchildren, Brynn and Iris of Bowling Green; sisters, Laura Riley and Jeannie Crouch-Landeck of San Anthonio, Texas, and Emerald Miller of Mankato, Minnesota; Tammy Feldser of North Carolina; and several nieces, nephews and loved ones in Washington, Indiana, Alabama, California, Arizona, Minnesota and North Carolina.

There will be a private celebration of life held on her birthday. Her family encourages others to celebrate her life, rather than mourning her loss. Arrangements were entrusted to Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel.
