Richard Lee McGuire

Richard Lee McGuire, 88 of Woodburn died Friday, October 27, 2023 at the Medical Center.

The Barren County native was a son of the late Bennie McGuire and Arnettie Reneau McGuire.  He was preceded in death by a son, Darren McGuire and a stepdaughter, Linda Clement; two brothers, Bennie Rex McGuire and Harold McGuire.  He was the husband of the late Alma Hundley McGuire.  Richard was a retired employee of TVA. 

His survivors include a daughter, Sharon Gupton (Randy Hatcher); two sons, Michael McGuire (Heidi) and Corey McGuire (Angie); two stepdaughters, Kathy Moss and Brenda Mosley; three grandchildren; one great grandchild; three step grandchildren; one sister, Martha Raymer; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

There will be a graveside service at 1 p.m. Monday at Fairview Cemetery.  Arrangements were entrusted to Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel.
