Nancy Brooks, 58 of Bowling Green passed away Sunday, February 10, 2019 at University of Louisville Hospital
The Barren County native was a daughter of the late Jack M. Wood and is preceded in death by her step father, Freddie Simpson and brother, Kevin Simpson. She was property manager for J-Mar Properties.
Her survivors include her husband, Barry Brooks; two sons, Steve Wood and Adam Brooks (Cassie), her mother, Shelby Jean Kemble Simpson; three sisters, Jackie Shaw, Sandra Thomas and Joy Higdon; several nieces, nephews and aunts and special friends, Chris, Robin and Trevor Furlong.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hardy & Son Smiths Grove Chapel with burial in Hays Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home
