Michael Wayne Crain, 52 of Bowling Green died Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Greenview Regional Hospital.
He was a son of the late Linda Dalton Whitehead.
His survivors include his wife Tammy Gregory Crain; three children, Christopher Crain, Heather Smith, and Madison Crain; three grandchildren, Hunter Smith, Emma Crain and Zoey Wallace; one sister, Kathy Crain and one brother, Brian Crain.
No service will be held as the family chose cremation. Arrangements in the care of Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel.
