Hayden Logsdon, lovingly known as Hayden, passed away on July 15, 2026, in Bowling Green, Kentucky, being held by his mother Ashley and surrounded by his family, loved ones, and dear friends. He was 24 years old. Hayden leaves behind his Mother Ashley Mooneyhan (Sherman), his Sister, best friend, and strongest ally, Jacee Logsdon, his fathers Jason (Kandy)/ Melvin, Grandparents Beth Carrier(Joe Devers), Rita Logsdon, Derwin Carrier (Ann). Several step brothers and sisters, close family, and friends.
Born on July 30, 2001, Hayden brought light, laughter, and love into the lives of those who knew him. He had a quick wit that made people laugh, and a heart that longed to make meaningful connections.
Hayden's journey was not without hardship. He battled addiction, a disease that challenged him throughout much of his life. Despite those struggles, he never stopped seeking acceptance, understanding, and love from those around him. His story is one of both joy and pain, of resilience and vulnerability. Those who loved him will remember not only the battles he faced but also the strength he showed, the compassion he inspired, and the hope that remained in his heart.
Above all, Hayden cherished his family and friends. He leaves behind countless memories of laughter, pain, conversations, shared experiences, and moments that will forever be remembered by those that knew him.
Hayden's family finds comfort in knowing that he is now at peace, free from the burdens he carried. They ask that he be remembered not for his struggles alone, but for the person he was—a son, family member, and friend who was deeply loved and whose life will always matter.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial in Boiling Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the funeral home.
