James Phillip Watkins, 56 of Bowling Green died Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at the Medical Center.
The Warren County native was a son of the late David Watkins and Patsy Rector Watkins who survives. He was a utility inspector for the Kentucky State Highway Department Dist. 3 and a member and deacon of Seed of Faith Church.
His survivors include his wife Tammy Helson Watkins; a daughter, Sarah Watkins; two step sons, Thomas Pedigo (Allie) and Dexter Pedigo (Megan Treece); one brother, David Watkins, Jr.; two sisters, Patricia Ratliff (Roy Raymer) and Gaye Horton (John), several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service 2 p.m. Sunday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial in Smiths Grove Cemetery. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. -2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home
