James "Randy" Rhea

James Randall “Randy” Rhea, 66 of Bowling Green died Friday, April 18, 2025 at Signature Health Care.

He was the son of the late James Wilton and Kathleen Skaggs Rhea. Randy was a member of Beaver Dam United Baptist Church. He was the owner of Bluegrass Service Co. Lawn Care and a member of the South-Central Kentucky Walking Horse Association.

His survivors include his daughter, Rachel Rhea Clark (Wyatt) and two grandchildren, Zane Clark and Madison Keen.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial in Hawkins Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
