James Kenneth "Kenny" Dunning

James Kenneth “Kenny” Dunning, 68 of Bowling Green passed peacefully on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at the Medical Center.

The Warren County native was the son of the late William Ernest and Mildred Talley Dunning. He was preceded in death by his sister, Virginia Fisher. Kenny was employed for 25 years at Clark Distributing before opening his own business of Kenny’s Kart’s and a member of the Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Dunning; daughter, Christie Bumpus; grandson, Rowdy Bumpus; two brothers, Paul Dunning and William “Spanky” Dunning (Vickey); along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.

His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial in Lewis Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-5 p.m. Sunday and 9-11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
