Jackie T. Scruggs, 64 of Bowling Green died at his residence on May 29, 2019.
The Warren County native was a son of the late Kenneth Scruggs and Elizabeth Miller and was preceded in death by a great granddaughter, Jordan Thomas. He was a concrete finisher.
His survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Tarter (George); two grandchildren, Laura Thomas and Shane Thomas (Courtney); two great grandchildren, Landon Lindsey and Blaine Thomas.
There will be no services held at this time as cremation was chosen. Arrangements by Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel
