Jackie Hester

Jackie Mae Hester, 80 of Smiths Grove died peacefully at her residence on Sunday, May 1, 2022.

Jackie was a daughter of the late M. B Furlong and Hilda Mae Allen Furlong.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Hester and daughter, Babbie Lynn Hester. She was a housewife and farmer.

Her survivors include her children, Billy Joe Hester (Reda), Bobby Lee Hester (Bridgette), Marty Hester, Mike Hester (Diane) and Jody Hester Parker (Dale); six grandchildren, Hunter Hester, Brandon Hester, Brittany Hix (Houston), Ashley Burns (Eric), Josh Hester (Amanda) and Benjamin Hester; ten great grandchildren; two sisters, Janice Hume (David) and Patty Kovach (Don); one nephew, Scott Kovach.

There will be a Celebration of Life held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 4 at the family farm. on Oak Grove Church Rd., Smiths Grove, KY.  Funeral arrangements under the direction of Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Grove Chapel.
