Esther Hopkins

Esther C. Hopkins, 88 of Bowling Green, Ky passed peacefully on Monday, December 16, 2024 at the Medical Center. 

The Chicago Heights, Illinois native was born to the late Isadore and Jennie Bravo Cortez. She was preceded in death by a sister, Arlene Nicholson. She was the wife of the late William V. Hopkins. Mrs. Esther attended Hillvue Heights Church and was a medical clerical worker. Her survivors include her two daughters, Jacqueline Piper and Donna Barry; one stepson, Stan Hopkins; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, two brothers, Daniel and Thomas Cortez; and one sister, Carol Koronkiewicz; several nieces and nephews.

 There will be no service at this time as cremation was chosen under the direction of Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel
