Debra Ann Hoffman, 61 of Bowling Green died Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Greenview Regional Hospital
She was a daughter of the late James Dever Hoffman and Camille Lee Meeks Hoffman who survives. She was a paralegal clerk, a member of Greenwood Park Church of Christ and former member of the Women's Democrat Club.
Her survivors include her son, Tyler Jones; her companion, Steve Jones; two brothers, Jerry and Jackie Hoffman; one sister, Vickie Osborne
Her funeral service will be at 12 noon Saturday, December 8 at Plum Springs Baptist Church with burial at Fairview Cemetery #2. Visitation 9:30 a.m. - 12 noon Saturday at the church. Funeral arrangements by Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel.
Family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to Hardy & Son Funeral Home, 3098 Louisville Rd., Bowling Green, Ky 42101 for funeral expense.
