Dana Alan Estes

Dana Alan Estes, 60, of Bowling Green, passed from this world on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. He was the son of the Albert Estes and Betty Jo Jolly, who preceded him in death.  He was born in Glasgow, Kentucky.  Dana was a woodworker and had worked for Rector’s Cherry Reproductions for 20+ years and Kentucky Cabinet Company.  Dana was a very talented man in his trade.

Leaving to cherish his memory are two sisters:  Rene’ Bell (Daniel) and Anita Coletta and one brother:  A. Joe Estes (Rita Welch).  He also was blessed to have several nieces and nephews.  

A visitation for Dana will be held on Friday, March 15, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Hardy & Son Funeral Homes, Bowling Green Chapel.  His service will be on Saturday, March 16, at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.  The burial will be in Horse Cave Cemetery.  

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.  The staff of Hardy & Son have been asked to handle all arrangements.
