Charlotte Lorraine Williams, 75 of Oakland, Kentucky passed peacefully on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at her residence.
The Richmond, Virginia native was the daughter of the late Clarence and Mary Helmick Leake and wife of the late Hubbard Williams. She was preceded in death by two brothers, William and Tommy Leake.
Charlotte was a retired bookkeeper.
Her survivors are her son, Christopher Rosser (Jenni), her daughter, Debra Johnson; three grandchildren, Meredith Rosser, Alyssa Chaffin and Andrew Lauterbach (Taylor); two great grandchildren, Hunter Stuart and Abrielle Chaffin; her sister, Sharon Webb (Bob).
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 26, at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with visitation from 12-2 p.m.
