Brad Hendrick, 63 of Bowling Green died Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the Medical Center.
The Warren County native was a son of the late Rodney and Shirley Fields Hendrick. He was a truck driver and a farmer
His survivors include his son, Tyler Hendrick (Tiffany), two grandchildren, Kenzie and Brayden Hendrick; two sisters, Rachelle Phelps (Tommy) and Cheryl Keown (Larry); four nephews and his special friend, Karen Hendrick.
There will be no services as cremation was chosen. Arrangements by Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel .
Family request donations be made to Hardy & Son Funeral Home, 3098 Louisville Rd., Bowling Green, KY 42101 for help of the cremation charge.
