Bobby Gene Doyle, 87 of Smiths Grove died Thursday, September 18, 2025 at the Hospice House.
The Edmonson County native was a son of the late Geneva Reed and Elizabeth Manco Doyle. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nellie McGee Doyle, along with several siblings. Bobby was a member of the Smiths Grove Church of Christ. He was a dairy farmer and loved playing Bluegrass Music.
To cherish his memory is his daughter, Debbie Pike (Clint), his son, Ricky Doyle; four grandchildren, Corbin and Colin Pike, Zack Doyle (Ashton) and Zoey Doyle (Haley); one sister, Neva Whittle (Edward) and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial in Smiths Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
