Beverly Jean Helit

Beverly Jean Helit, 64, of Bowling Green passed peacefully on July 10, 2024 at Tri Star Skyline Medical Center. 

The Sun Valley, California native was a daughter of the late Myrna Gill Achterberg. She was preceded in death by two siblings. Beverly was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. 

Her survivors include her husband Charles “Chuck” Helit; five children, Tabitha Bailey (Hunter), Tiffani Ortiz (Erick), Charles M. Helit (Carolina), Caleb Helit (Lizzie) and Micah Helit (Karina); four grandchildren, Ardon Ortiz, Chloe Bailey, Asher Ortiz and Peter Helit; she also has six surviving siblings along with several nieces and nephews. 

There will be a private family service at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel.
