Barry Phelps

Barry Wayne Phelps, 31 of Bowling Green died Tuesday in Horse Cave. The Warren County native was a disabled Army Veteran. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Onie Fields and brother-in-law, Gavin Hankins. His survivors include his wife, Lona Hankins Phelps; two children, Lillian Phelps and Hayleigh Phelps; his mother, Wanda Rose (Craig), his father; James Barry Phelps, step brother, Lance Hunt; two half sisters, Sarah Kimberly Ballard and Ashley Phelps; one half brother, Wayne Ballard, several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial at Kinser Townsend Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers family request donations be made to Hardy & Son Funeral.
