Barbara Miller Gidcumb

Barbara Miller Gidcumb, 64 of Bowling Green passed peacefully on Sunday, January 21, 2024 at the Medical Center.  

She was a daughter of the late Joe Raymond Miller and Mary Ida Hazel Miller.  She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Haley Long; a sister, Julie Cline; a brother, John Miller; a brother-in-law, Kenneth Cline, and a sister-in-law, Alice Miller.   Barbara was a housekeeper, a wonderful mother, grandmother and sister.

Her survivors include a daughter, Sabrina Alvey (Gabino); two sons, Danny Alvey (Sheila) and Jonathan Alvey; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; a sister, Shirley Key (Bobby), two brothers, Jimmy and Bobby Miller; sister-in-law, Pat Miller, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial in Lewis Chapel Cemetery.  Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Monday and 9-11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
