Anita Gray Nealy

Anita Marie (Gray) Nealy 63 of Halfway, Scottsville Ky., passed away Tuesday June 9, 2026

Anita was born on July 29, 1962 to Margaret Ann Gray and the late Hayward Lee Gray. She is preceded in death by her sister, Linda Gray and brothers, Ernest and Daniel Gray.

Anita is survived by her loving husband Steve Nealy, her son, Jonathan Staten and her daughter Ashley Staten (Brett), bonus children Jacob Nealy and Brandy Nealy, her loving grandchildren, Jonathan, McKenzie, Madyson, Payton, Aryana, King, Prince, Madilyn, Paisley, Tayshawn, Savannah, Sammie, Kartyr, Olivia. She is also survived by her sisters, Diane Brown, Kimberly Gray, Cardellia “Dee Dee” Richardson and Avanelle Martin (George) and a brother John Mark Gray. Several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins. Her mother-in -law, Frances Nealy.

There will be a memorial visitation from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m Saturday at Hillvue Heights Chapel with the memorial service at 2 p.m. The family will honor her wish to be cremated under the direction of Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel.
