Angela D. Saxton

Angela D. Saxton, 65, of Scottsville, passed peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Her proud parents, Johnnie Martin and Barbara Faye Butterworth Martin, preceded her in death. Angela was born in Nashville, TN, on May 23, 1961. She was married to Gil Saxton and loved her family dearly. Angela loved to bake and cook. She looked forward to the times she could entertain in her home and was always a gracious hostess.

Leaving to cherish her memory is her son, Chase G. Saxton (Jennifer); daughters, Sherry Simpson (Randy), Charla Lindbloom (Scott), Kayla Johnson (Shed); grandchildren, Olivia Saxton, Seth Johnson, Mallory McNabb (Chase), Lindsey Fleischman (Ian), Maddie Johnson, Ethan Lindbloom, and Will Johnson; great grandchildren, Hixon Boxhold and Molly McNabb; sisters, Tracey Johnson (Terry) and Joni Martin.

It was the desire of Angela to be cremated. The Staff of Hardy & Son Funeral Homes is honored to be assisting Angela’s Family with her arrangements.
