Andrew B. Collins, 60 of Smiths Grove died on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at T J Samson Community Hospital.
He was born in London, England to the late Eric Collins and Mavis Croker Collins who survives. He was employed at Berry Global, Inc.
His survivors include his wife Donna Wood Collins; his mother, Mavis Collins; two sisters, Trudi Bull and Tessa Davies; several nieces and nephews and his Furbaby, Henry.
There will be no services as cremation was his choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel
