An Prak, 67 of Bowling Green died Thursday, Aug. 10, 2017 at Vanderbilt Hospital
He was a son of the late Mohm Prak and Chheam Nhop. He was an employee of Woodwork of Mid America.
His survivors include his wife, Rim Kim; four children, Thy Chhouk, Alicia Prak, Anna Prak, Sokonthorng Prak; 11 Grandchildren, David Chhouk, Samantha Rath, Kristie Chhouk, Kristine Rath, Dylan Clendenin, Brandon Clendenin, Derrick Chhouk, Amanda Rath, Alyssa Clendenin, Kaylynn Chhouk, Karsyn Huskey; two great grandchildren, Ayden Howard and Davina Chhouk; one sister, Sarem Prak and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service at 2 p.m. Sunday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with visitation from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
