Ada Doris Bowlin

Ada Doris Bowlin, 90 of Bowling Green passed peacefully on Thursday, January 4, 2024.

The Clinton County native was the daughter of the late Hall Ewing and Alva Duvall Ewing. She is preceded in death by her husband John E. Bowlin and a son-in-law, Billy Tarrence. Doris was a homemaker and a member of Hillvue Heights Church. 

Leaving to cherish her memory is her three children, Kenneth “Dusty” Bowlin(Sonia), Debbie Tarrence and Joanne Lawson (Steve); her eight grandchildren, Amy Bowlin, Rebecca Kesson, Michael Tarrence (Laura), Billie Jo Spurgeon (Joe), Jesse Lawson (Ashley), O’Livia Oliver (Dillon), Ben Lawson (Kayla) and Wyatt Lawson (Kate), several great grandchildren. 

There will be a celebration of life held at 6 p.m. Monday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with visitation from 3-6 p.m.

The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Cancer Society.
