RUSSELL ADWELL

                          Russell Ellis Adwell, 75, of Bowling Green died at 3:14 a.m. Jan. 13,
                          2008, at The Medical Center.


                          The Hart County native was a retired stock keeper for 
                          General Electric in Louisville and a farmer. He was a Korean War 
                          Army veteran, a Baptist and attended Trinity Freewill Baptist Church.
                          He was a son of the late Willie Adwell and Maymie Coats Adwell. 
                          He was preceded in death by two brothers, Irvin and Orville D. 
                          Adwell; a son, Mark Adwell; and a sister, Corine Floyd.

              
                          Funeral is at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home,
                          Bowling Green chapel, with burial in Boiling Springs Cemetery.

                          Visitation is from noon to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

                          Survivors include his wife, Ovine Cowles Adwell; two daughters,
                          Vivian Cline and Becky Butler, both of Bowling Green; a son, 
                          Ronnie Adwell of Bowling Green; three sisters, Geneva Stephens,
                          Dorothy Hess and Virginia Fox, all of Louisville; four grandchildren,
                          Jennifer Jackson, Jason Jackson, Stephanie Cline and Mandy
                          Jackson; two great-grandchildren, Deanna Southern and Deven
                          Jackson; and two sisters-in-law, Shirley Adwell and Audrey Mae
                         Adwell, both of Louisville.
