Kenneth Jordan

                          Kenneth Jordan, 80, of Oakland passed away Nov. 25, 2007, 
                          at The Medical Center at Bowling Green after a brief illness. He
                          was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Edith Watt
                         Jordan; and a brother, Morrell “Sam” Jordan. Kenneth was a
                          devoted husband of 59 years to Stella Anderson Jordan. He
                          was a loving father of two daughters, Peggy Thompson and
                          her husband, Dewayne, of Bowling Green and Judy Brooks
                          and her husband, Gil, of Oakland; proud grandfather of five
                          grandchildren, Leslie Hudson and her husband, Randy, of 
                          Bowling Green, Julie Towe and her husband, Brad, of Versailles,
                          Lance Thompson and his wife, Katie, of Bowling Green and 
                          Daniel Brooks and Andrew Brooks of Oakland; a caring great-
                          grandfather of one great-grandson, Harrison Jordan Hudson
                          of Bowling Green; and a wonderful brother to two sisters, Anise
                          Laing of Louisville and Collene Jordan of Bowling Green. He is
                          also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mr. Jordan was
                          a member of Berea Christian Church for 40 years. He was a
                          farmer in Oakland for many years. He was a Kentucky Colonel
                          and a World War II Army veteran. He was a member of Oakland
                          Masonic Lodge for more than 50 years and was the first Warren
                          County veteran to receive his honorary high school diploma. 

                          Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m. to
                          1 p.m. Wednesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling 
                          Green chapel. Services are at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral
                          home. Burial is in Smiths Grove Cemetery.
