HELEN BOARDS

                          Helen Louise Pillow Boards, 69, of Bowling Green, formerly of Smiths
                          Grove, died at 1:38 p.m. Nov. 8, 2007, at The Medical Center. The
                          Warren County native was a domestic tech and a Sunday school
                          teacher at Little Blue Spring Baptist Church in Hart County. She was
                          a daughter of the late Edgar Pillow and Helen Lewis Pillow. She
                          was preceded in death by two children, Daryl Avilia Boards and 
                          Felicia Gail Boards; three sisters, Roberta Anderson, Izora Coleman
                          and Marie Murriel; and two brothers, Marion and Douglas Pillow.
                               
                          Funeral is at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Pleasantview Baptist Church, where
                          she was a member, with burial in Plainview Cemetery at Oakland.
                          Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Hardy & Son Funeral
                          Home, Bowling Green chapel, and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday
                          at the church.

                          Survivors include her husband, the Rev. Dr. Charles B. Boards; five
                          children, Vanessia, Gloria, William, Alice and Valorie Boards, all of
                          Bowling Green; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two
                          brothers, Marvin Pillow of Detroit and Edgar Pillow Jr. of Dale City,
                          Va.; two sisters, Myrtle L. Moore of Louisville and Dorothy Boards
                          of Anderson, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews.
